Why is there a layer of oil at the top?
The oil you see is naturally occurring, from the nuts itself! The oil from the nuts will naturally separate in ALL nut butters.
BUT... some brands have more oil than ours because they add oil on top of what's naturally occurring. My nut butter has a purposely short list of ingredients (only 1 ingredient) and comes without any additives like binders. I do NOT add additional oil so it's healthier and calories! 🫶🏻
To get the perfect taste & texture, simply take a spoon and firmly stir it well, so everything from base to top is mixed again nicely. 😊
Rmb, our body needs healthy fats to function!
Are all your products organic & vegan?
TL;DR: Kinda.
As our products contain only natural ingredients and are free from animal protein sources.
That said, we are not organic-certified (yet).
How long can I keep the nut butters?
- Unopened --> refer to the "Best Before" date on the jar. Each batch is freshly made! 😊
- Opened & kept in a cool, dry area --> up to 5 months
- Opened & *refrigerated --> up to 9 months
*Maintain it's freshness by keeping it refrigerated. The nut butter might harden up when refrigerated. Simply heat it up in the microwave to create the smooth consistency so it's easier to spread/drizzle on your favourite foods! ☺️

What is the packaging made of?
TL;DR, Glass.
Apart from the obvious reasons that it's recyclable, we don't use plastic containers for health reasons.
Research as shown that many chemicals from plastic food packaging are leaching into foods. And plastic is fat soluble - which means they're more likely to leach into fatty food like nut butters (even if it's healthy fats that your body needs).
When we say we care about health, we're serious about ALL aspects of it.

How do I dispose of the packaging?
Don't! Simple wash and reuse the glass jars (you paid for it! 😉)
